Try any Dican Life product for up to 60 days. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.


🔁 Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Must be within 60 days of delivery

• Item must be in original condition (or lightly used)

Include proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

❗ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
